A fantastic aid when turning pots, bowls, plates and platters. The foam layer absorbs the unevenness of the piece when the form has been distorted. Often the item would rock when place directly on the wheel head. The high density foam is 25mm thick and fixed to a 7 layer plywood bat
No longer will you need to use coils of clay to secure your pieces .
Less clean up and save time by removing the chance of the clay annoyingly sticking to the pots .
Prevents damage occurring to the rim of the piece and allows trimming right to the edge of the rim.
Use a marker pen to draw concentric rings to help centre
Each batt has a centre line marked to aid the drilling of holes to locate on the pins
